Pausing Selfishness Two Hours a Day

For some reason I’ve got on a tangent of watching videos of the guys from Slipknot, Corey Taylor and Shawn “Clown” Crahan, talk and not doing their music thing on YouTube. It’s interesting as those two guys I’ve always liked for their musical talent not just in Slipknot but also their side-projects but never thought of them as speakers and they are pretty awesome.

This is a particular talk by Clown is something very inspirational though; I lost a number of people in my life, one of which was my dad who died suddenly and unexpectedly. But it’s interesting to hear how somebody took deaths close to him and try to change his outlook of life, and it not go perfectly but still learning from it. Too many talks are based on more positives then negatives, but this one struck a chord in that it’s human, it’s not perfect.

I might have to get Corey Taylor’s book after hearing this segment about playing with Mushroomhead one day.
